Life is full of many highs and lows. These events come with anxiety and stress that can affect all of us differently. I hope to be a support for those who need it to help them gain coping skills to get through the difficulties they might be dealing with. Having these tools and someone to listen to you can make such a difference in how we react to our obstacles.

Through my personal experience and life transition of becoming a mother to two children, I have developed a particular interest in supporting women and men with their maternal and paternal mental health. From fertility struggles and pregnancy to postpartum and parenthood, these phases encompass significant physical and mental changes. My goal is to offer the support we truly deserve during these transformative periods.
